Raw Tomato and Cashew Nut Dressing

 
This sauce is creamy pinkish-orange salad dressing is raw, low fat, savory salad dressing with a slightly tangy-spicy flavor. It is lovely as a salad dressing, sauce or even as a dip.

You Need

For the Dressing

• 100 g ripe Roma tomatoes, chopped
• 1 medium-sized red onion, chopped
• 100 g cup cashew nuts, soaked in water
• 1 green chili, chopped
• 1 clove garlic
• 1 Tsp peanut oil (or any other oil of your choice)
• 2 Tbsp coriander leaves
• Himalayan pink sea salt to taste
• Water, as needed
